I am Therapist at Serenity Psychotherapy. We are working with clients from a variety of different ages who are committed to improving their overall functioning in their lives.

As a Therapist my hope is to counsel individuals to meet them them where there at. From my past/current work experience, I am able relate to my clients. And I offer therapeutic modalities that are tailored to the individuals specific needs, and preferences. I utilize a variety of treatment approaches including  CBT, Motivational Interviewing.

As a Master Level – Social Worker. I am understanding seeking therapy can be difficult steps. I am a Master Level Social Worker- Pre- Licensed- LPC.I have been working in the Clinical Field for over 10 Years. I have been working with Children, Families adults whom are experiencing conditions such as ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, IED, Relationship issues. Parenting struggles, emotional stress, environmental stress, as well as Addiction Disorders. One of my main goal is to help clients feel less stigmatized by strategize and implementing tools to work through to increase a healthy lifestyle.

Throughout life, we encounter situations that are often beyond our control. What we can control, however, it is how we choose to feel and react. Those choices are more powerful than ever!  We will build and sustain growth in every aspect of your lives. 

We will use your strengths to empower you and work through what may feel an uncomfortable atmosphere or place to live. The first step to make a choice to invest in yourself. With early and consistent treatment and sometimes with combination of medication and therapy with our counseling services it is possible to manage these conditions and challenges and lead a productive life.
