Thank you for taking the time to read this. I have been a clinical social worker for almost 30 years. As a graduate of The Syracuse University, School of Social Work, my formal education is
in Family and Mental Health and Family Systems Theory.
Having worked in child welfare systems, employee assistance programs, the New York State
Department of Corrections, and the New York State Office of Mental Health over the years, along with private counseling practice for over 25 years, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the offices of Serenity Psychotherapy.
I provide therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I do have a physical office in Rochester, New York and can see clients in
person or via telehealth. My hours are flexible based on need but see clients mainly in the evening. Weekend hours are also available.
In addition to being a generalist mental health practitioner, I specialize in forensic risk assessments, and provide sexual behaviors, sexual disorders and sexual addictions evaluations
and treatment.
Rooted primarily in client centered and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, I strive to help
people “Think Differently and Do Better.”
