About Me

As a bilingual counselor fluent in both Spanish and English, I bring over a decade of dedicated experience to my practice, employing a holistic, non-judgmental approach tailored to each individual’s unique needs. My therapeutic approach is rooted in culturally responsive, humanistic, and person-centered methods, complemented by evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (M-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems (EFT and IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused and Brief Therapy.

With extensive experience treating a diverse clientele, I have worked with individuals of all ethnicities and various age groups. Over my 10 years of experience, I have provided in-person and telehealth psychotherapy to address a broad spectrum of areas, such as: Stress Management & Burnout, Anxiety & Panic attacks, Phobias, Anger Management, Grief and Trauma, Depression, Mood Disorders, Relationship Conflicts, Life Transitions and Career Development, Self-Esteem, LGBTQ+ and Identity Issues, among other.
