Hi, I’m Monica. I’m really glad you’re here.
Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what’s been weighing on you, and start moving forward in a way that feels right. With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about working with teens and young adults, while welcoming individuals at all stages of life. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and respected without pressure or judgment.
I believe therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, but about reconnecting with your inner strengths and creating meaningful, lasting change. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach, helping you explore patterns, build practical coping strategies, and develop tools that genuinely fit your life Outside of work, I enjoy baking and singing karaoke usually a little off-key. I also perform with a dance company and bring a deep appreciation for creativity, connection, and self-expression into my work and daily life.
