Personal Experience & Biography
Finding a therapist is like dating. It can be a daunting process to find the “right one.” Having been a client and a therapist, I can confidently speak to your growth and the transformation you may seek as a direct reflection of the work you’re willing to do inside and outside of session. “Doing the work” with me is developing and building the tolerance to sit in discomfort until it dissipates and becomes something you find grace, forgiveness, gratitude, and/or peace in. I can not promise you a safe space. What’s “safe” is unique to the individual. However, I can promise a partnership based on honesty, trust, integrity, and respect.
I am a clinical mental health student (LPCC) scheduled to graduate in the fall of 2025. By July 2025, I will be certified in trauma-informed care. Coming from a one size doesn’t fit all mindset, the techniques and frameworks used in my sessions pander specifically to the individual(s) needs in that session, which may have heavy socioeconomic and/or cultural considerations. Fusing Eastern healing modalities with Western psychotherapy, my practice aims to explore conscious and subconscious thoughts and core beliefs that govern behavioral, emotional, and decision-making patterns.
Having worked with and alongside diverse groups and disparate individuals in various capacities for over 20 years, my ultimate motivation and North Star is to be in service of others because it is there my authentic self is humbled, grounded, and expanded. I look forward to meeting you and being a guide and conduit for your healing and growth.
