Jessie Reynolds
Personal Experience & Biography
I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who graduated from Rutgers University. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults ranging from the ages of 6-30. I have worked with clients in partial hospitalization programs, schools, outpatient, and telehealth settings. I specialize in supporting clients manage and overcome anxiety, depression, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, grief, and life transitions by using cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based, and person-in-environment modalities.
I truly believe in meeting a client where they are at and removing shame from their vocabulary. There are often stigmas associated with mental health and I am passionate about providing a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental environment for everyone. Every individual deserves a healthy outlet and support to overcome obstacles in life and I find it very rewarding to be that support for my clients
